Company Rauch was on 29/30.03.2023 with me to install a heat pump.
I can recommend Mr. Rauch and team without reservation.
- 1st contact, advice and quotation very quickly.
- Delivery of goods very well scheduled.
- Installation and connection of the system went smoothly (a team meeting was held in the morning so that everyone knew exactly what to do and there was no idle time).
- Site was left clean and accurate on both days.
- Team was very friendly and open to all questions.

The team is motivated and expertly installed a new outdoor fireplace including stove. From the quotation phase to the final acceptance, a very good work result was delivered. The acceptance of the fireplace by the district chimney sweep went off without any complaints.
