Due to my upcoming shoulder surgery, I contacted Ray to see if this would be possible under hypnosis and if he would accompany me. I have training in hypnosis, but surgery would not be possible alone. Until then I had bad experience with general anesthesia, hence this route. Unfortunately, the clinic did not give an OK. Nevertheless, I went to see Ray and he hypnotized various feelings/states with me and guided me on how to use self-hypnosis to get myself into a good, calm state before the anesthesia, in addition to deep relaxation. He also gave tips on how much can be done in advance regarding nutrition and sleep.
Practicing at home is one thing, but then on the day of the surgery in the hospital without support to achieve this relaxed state, something else. I think that I managed to do this without any problems and without the pressure of having to be able to do it. Result: very relaxed into the surgery preparation, without sedatives and then into deep relaxation before the anesthesia. After surgery, quickly lucid and awake, according to statements of the specialist staff with a low dose of anesthesia. Received painkillers intravenously, but in addition from the 1st day no more painkillers, which astonished everyone a bit. I continued to work with hypnosis and additionally bioresonance to boost the healing process and to be able to do without painkillers.
For me, hypnosis is a very valuable tool. I am grateful to be able to use this. Thanks to Ray for encouraging and guiding me in this.
