Very great advice super sympathetic and especially fast personal feedback on a help question. Very important for me the personal! One consultant and not many others. Easy operation of the system and software.
The system is not bad but the support is disastrous. My company data (company name, address, etc.) was created incorrectly when creating ready2order. To change them you need the support. About 10 phone calls, 3 filled out forms and three weeks later the data was set correctly. In each phone call I was promised that it would be done tomorrow at the latest. Until then I could not use the system because I could not go live. My business opening was therefore also delayed by 3 weeks (since I didn't have a cash register).
Never experienced such a bad support!
Unfortunately, I can not avoid writing my experience here.
Basically, we are very satisfied with the product and the cash register.
But the technology and especially the service are the purest disaster.
On the website is bragged with experts and service technicians but when I have all the ladies on the phone, I could in NO case ever be helped. Acute cases that need to be processed quickly sometimes take over 4 weeks. Since 15.1.21 I hang on a case and could not solve this still because NO ONE is available by phone and I am offered wrong and bad solution by e-mail, where you have NO chance to discuss this.
The service is bordering on outrageous. I would wish that the technical service hotline is revised and improved by a whole. The poor ladies on the phone have absolutely no idea of the content..really a pity, because the product is good!But you are absolutely on your own.
First of all - I am satisfied with the hardware, the Ready P2, & the software so far.
...but Ready2Order rips off customers & the service is simply unacceptable.
I chose Ready2Order because it made the most convincing impression on me regarding software, hardware & price. The software is advertised to be tax office compliant (in Austria) - but it is NOT, as it is presented! ...because as I had to find out now, you additionally need a certificate for the signature obligation (there is NO word about this on the whole website - as of Jan. 2021) & this costs € 100,- (net)/year.
It is an insolence - the support has reacted to my criticism only flippantly & said quasi - that is so, bad luck. Apart from the (so far) satisfactory hardware & software, the support is simply disappointing & R2O rips off (in my opinion) customers.
From my side no recommendation!
PS: such certificates are offered by other providers for about 30€ for 5 years.
Satisfaction regarding the price-performance ratio. Visually and intuitively very appealing. We have been working with the system for over 2 years in bicycle retail.
Unfortunately, completely desolate customer service.
At ready2order, changes are made in the software and handed over to the customer that are not thought through to the end. The customer should then see how he copes with. Especially in the accounting area there are big lies. How ready2order can get such a positive rating is puzzling to me. The assumption is close that the negative simply deleted. I have been working with the program for over three quarters of a year and have had several problems. I am curious whether mine will be published!
We are a small bike store and have this year converted our old POS system. Through a search on the Internet I came across ready2order and gave this young innovative company a chance. Basically, the frontend is understandable and easy to use, but the export options to DATEV, the ready2order API and the backend must be optimized. And here is already my main point of criticism, with wishes to extend the API or to fix errors in this, to fix export errors in the Datev interface, to implement export extensions in the backend, the request always result only in an answer like, e.g., "It is not possible that one exports one or more receipt invoices over the API and we will not implement such an option". I assessed the support today and in addition wrote this assessment here. I have made 9 requests and none have been implemented so far. I am only investing this time because I still believe in ready2order as a Young Innovative Company and hope that we can sort out the problems of the last 4 months. For now, I cannot recommend ready2order to anyone.
Alone with the Telefonischen consultation, we have asked several times, it works with Windows 10, all no problem, they said to us. So we ordered the hardware as discussed, computer printer, scanner customer display. When the things were then there turned out very quickly, the customer display does not work at all, a cash register without customer display an absolute imposition. Since we run a kiosk about 290 - 400 customers a day, the software is much too slow, it lacks some things like press module, reasonable merchandise management, deposit accounting and we said customer display, etc.. We work until the expiry of the contract forced to continue with it, maybe it will be further developed so that it is also fun, otherwise we put in a year to other software.
I use it very little, because almost everything runs on account with me - now to stop the flexible model overnight I do not find great at all and was certainly only made to catch customers - the system is comparable with many others - the unique selling point of a flexible payment they have eliminated itself - I am very disappointed about it.
After about 4 months I am (still) not very happy with Ready2Order.
The support is actually very quick with questions but you are still terribly on your own and have to discover everything yourself somehow. Almost all help pages are not in-depth enough and explain things that you intuitively already know.
In accounting, ready2order makes it very easy and passes everything on to the tax consultants without even defining what should be defined in ready2order by default (accounts).
Furthermore, ready2order is also strongly promoted in Switzerland. Unfortunately, the system is 100% geared to German conditions, even a simple export to Excel (Switzerland uses point, not comma) does not work properly. It is also very annoying that ready2order does not deliver any hardware to Switzerland. The installation of a compatible printer was then again very tedious. If I had the choice again, I would probably choose a POS system that shows more local presence.
We had purchased the ready2order cash register as an alternative cash register for a second store. The Locafox cash register should actually be replaced by a second raedy2order cash register after a transition period. This will definitely not happen, rather the ready2order POS is currently on the hit list!
Until the system was up and running, I had to call support very often - even better with our tax advisor - which ended up being very expensive. With the Locafox cash register a cash withdrawal is very easy - with the ready2order cash register this is awkward and only to realize with a "cheat sheet" under the cash register (bank withdrawal the same).
If one wants to acquire the cash register, one has to do only with nice Austrians - everything prima. If you are a customer, you ALWAYS end up in a (presumably) Hungarian support center. The employees are super nice and you notice that they reach their language limits at some point......
How the ready2order checkout is supposed to bring about 100% satisfaction is a mystery to me........
I was looking for a compact POS system due to a lack of space and came across ready2order and finally ordered the All in One device. I have received the cash register and also tested. Due to changes in residence and food, the cash register was not used for the first time. When I wanted to put the cash register into operation and import everything, the screen was frozen. The device booted up and I could only use a 1cm wide strip on the screen to make entries. But since all the buttons were not in this field I could not operate the device anymore. After contacting Ready2order it took forever to get an answer. Only when I tried to contact them, they answered me. After some back and forth I was told that the device was out of warranty and that they would offer me a new device for a reduced price. When I pointed out that the device is not yet 2 years old and I can not afford every 1 ½ years to buy a device has not answered again. After I contacted again and the employee did not even want to reveal your name, you offered to forward the request. Then I received an email that no warranty is offered and they do not meet me there. I don't call that customer friendly and also a device that was never in use to replace everything 2 years for a fee from the customer is not trustworthy.
I've been a customer for 2 years and have been very satisfied so far. If something doesn't work technically, the employees there always take care of it immediately (and honestly: in which hotline don't you have to wait a few minutes...). And when I found out that they have a detailed support page with all kinds of articles and instructions, I could also save myself a lot of time (;
So besides all the technology, which I just assume must work and does so without restriction, I must highlight the customer service. Even though we are only a small company and certainly not important, we were always helped immediately and competently. Thumbs up...
Getting through by phone is almost impossible if you need something urgently furthermore mails are returned in English short and concise answer you don't really get if you have an employee on the phone you usually fly off the line a callback doesn't follow either people who don't know computer technology very well are poor in this case
