Regina Fröhlich

Ms. Fröhlich helped me a lot in my difficult phase of life. I can warmly recommend Ms. Fröhlich and am grateful to have met her.

This online workshop was once again a complete success!
I was able to learn something new again.
The workshop was again super informative, well structured and thought out from a to z. Regina gave us super helpful tools to get straight into implementation and change.
Everything was wonderfully explained, there was a chance to ask questions (which were also super answered) and enough time was left to take notes on your own! And to note down insights! You could tell Regina is an expert in this field and has an incredible amount of knowledge and experience!
I myself have thanks to the workshop again bring much into consciousness and can recognize! For me, the workshop has triggered something deep inside and even led to the blockade solution!
I would advise everyone, best you would not have missed the opportunity and would have been there!
I thank Regina very much for the time she has taken and especially her knowledge; what she has shared with us!

Regina is the magician you didn't know you needed! I came to her because I was stuck with my problems, fears and doubts. I came to find a solution, but what I found with her was so much more! Her companionship helped me out of the deep hole I had dug myself into and could no longer find a way out of.
I would have been satisfied just to have someone to help me see some light, to realize that there was such a thing as a way out. But when I came out of my hole after a very short time (not even 8 weeks), that's when the magic happened! Regina didn't just show me a way to the surface, she helped me realize my potential that was hidden for me and to fully realize that potential. I am now finally able to be my best self, to develop into the person I dreamed of being as a child but never thought possible.
With Regina by your side, you have a strong mentor who gives you everything you need for your personal transformation. I can only recommend her from the bottom of my heart and urge you, who are reading this, to let her accompany you as well. For me it was one of the best decisions of my life and I enjoy it more and more every day to become the me I always wanted to be.

I came to Regina because I had anxiety and panic attacks when I was around many people (at parties, festivals, concerts). Through Regina's help I live more liberated and enjoy my life to the fullest.

Dear Regina!
The online workshop was again a unique experience! Starting from the methodological considerations to the concrete content completely thought through. I find it difficult to put into words what you were able to experience within the workshop and what impact it had on me. In short: The best thing is to have experienced it YOURSELF or to have participated in it. Really terrific! Once again I was completely convinced by Regina's expertise! Within this workshop I was able to learn a lot again despite years of therapy - among others also with Regina herself - and I was able to bring a lot (again) into consciousness. It was really a great opportunity again! From one day to the next, I was able to change a lot within a very short time through the workshop and learned, among other things, to look at my thoughts more and to focus them!
The techniques, the approaches, the explanations (the psychoeducation) all that has again been able to provide for lasting changes, further self-reflection and more understanding in myself.
Also her advice to take selfies during the workshop a complete success. All questions were answered, everyone was heard, seen, considered, valued, all comments were read, there was an active exchange in the chat, the atmosphere was great! Regina managed to create a great framework. The time Regina took for the workshop was again priceless! (plus all the preparation and follow-up work that we participants don't notice...).
Her demeanor, her communication, her eloquence, her manner, her sensitivity, her ability to mentalize, her ideas, her stimulating/inspiring and profound questions and thoughts, and much more... It was best to participate right away! I can only say thank you again at this point! I would recommend the workshop to everyone and always visit Regina again :) or visit her as a therapist!

I felt accepted from the very beginning. Regina accompanied me individually and took care of my specific problem in such a way that it cleared up for. After just a few sessions I noticed an improvement in my quality of life. In the sessions Regina was always open to everything I brought with me, but in addition had prepared great offers each time to work on all problem areas. I thought long and hard about whether I should take this step and get involved with the support. I have not regretted it . It was one of my best investments. Hello Regina,
I am sitting here in Leogang at Forsthofgut and am in harmony, happiness and inner balance.
I have let go of everything and am homeless on the road. A mega good feeling.
I just want to say THANK YOU again on this way. I could never have done this without you!!!!
When I think back to that dark time I can't believe it was me! But I don't want to think about that anymore.
I made it. I wake up at 6 in the morning and I could pull out trees.

I can also maintain friendships again, I'm interested in people again and I'm curious.
Things are working for me again.....Papa still sends me signs and accompanies me through the day. I know he is proud of me.
