We booked very spontaneously - from one day to the next. The entire process was totally uncomplicated. Price / performance top compared to other providers. The detailed explanation of the vehicle at the handover definitely helps to avoid mistakes. We are not newcomers to renting motorhomes. On our next camper vacation we will book here. Absolutely recommendable provider.

We were completely satisfied, from booking, handover to the return everything was top!
Particularly noteworthy was the very detailed and competent briefing in the motorhome with absolutely no questions remained unanswered.
For us also a very reassuring point was the 24/7 emergency availability, which we fortunately did not have to take advantage of.

We are already looking forward to our next vacation with a camper from Camper Fahrwelt Rödel.
This time then in winter. :-)

We are very satisfied with the handling, both with the takeover of the vehicle, as well as with the return.
Everything was absolutely uncomplicated.
The possibility at any time on the road to contact the landlords, if questions arise, is unique.
Very sympathetic and friendly.
The experience was great - we will definitely rent a vacation vehicle from Fahrwelt Rödel again soon.

It was all, from the first request, to the briefing, to the vehicle return, very professional and above all also very pleasant and friendly. We had booked the partially integrated motorhome "Lofoten" for our winter adventure to Finland to Santa Claus Village in Rovaniemi. We felt right at home from the first moment with Fahrwelt Rödel.

The booking on the homepage was absolutely uncomplicated. The first personal contact was friendly and very informative, all our questions were answered promptly.

The briefing in "our" vehicle was absolutely perfect, every detail of the motorhome was explained. Even beyond that, we were given many helpful tips for our trip.

The motorhome itself was for us a dream on 4 wheels that has more than met our expectations.
We were skeptical whether camping in winter is possible in the way. Now we know that it definitely works.

The next trip with a motorhome of Fahrwelt Rödel is already booked, this time in the summer. We are already looking forward to it.

Mrs. Rödel-Thüroff and Mrs. Kauper always try to find the perfect trip for the demands and wishes of their customers. Especially for trips with special requirements, the team of the travel agency Fahrwelt Rödel is the perfect contact.
Even after booking the trip, they are always available for questions or in case of unforeseen incidents.
Our trip was postponed due to multiple flight cancellations at Munich airport. Ms. Rödel-Thüroff and Ms. Kauper supported us even late in the evening in finding a hotel at the airport and in clarifying the further procedure of the airline or the tour operator. The claims for compensation and cost absorption of the hotel and food costs incurred by the flight cancellation boxed the two to our complete satisfaction. We will definitely book our next trip again through the Fahrwelt Rödel travel agency.
