Apart from the initial consultation, for which we had to wait about 4 weeks, we were advised by Mr. Kock quickly, comprehensively and empathetically, so that the trip was an impressive experience for us (it was our first cruise).
Mr. Kock is a Hurtigruten specialist and conveys his knowledge with an infectious passion. You can tell that he knows what he is talking about. He knows the ships and can thus also point out special features. We are grateful for his efforts and recommend the cooperation with the travel agency Kock.
Everything that was discussed in the customer meetings has been implemented. All our doubts have been positively exceeded. We would book through them again any time. Laundry service is unfortunately only for suite customers, all other customers can use the washing machines and dryers for free.
The trip on the Trolfjort was uniquely beautiful. There was a lot of diversion, in between one needed the time
to digest the seen and experienced. The food was delicious. The service was like in a 5 star restaurant. The bathroom was big enough, bed linen and towels were changed every 2-3 days.
All in all it was a successful cruise. I have now got a desire to travel.

Mr. Kock explains recommendations for booking, e.g. choice of cabin, clothing, arrival / departure comprehensibly and takes into account personal concerns and priorities. He is easy to reach by phone or calls back reliably and promptly. He also gives tips on topics that are not directly related to the trip, e.g. arrival, choice of hotel, accessibility Cruise Center.
The personal contact, right at the beginning of our travel planning. Very welcome the offer to be advised in detail by telephone. Cabins were specified by us, Mr. Kock changed this so that we are facing the land side on the tour to Kirkenes.
Very satisfied with what interest Mr. Kock in a personal, telephone conversation wanted to know what kind of cruises you personally value.

The transfer by bus was unfortunately not always possible, because buses are canceled without info and replacement. We had to take a cab at their own expense, which was unfortunately not so nice.
With every question and matter was helped at any time. In case of unavailability, Mr. Kock always called back promptly. Many thanks for the good cooperation.
Everything went well our second trip is already in planning.
In total, we have 5 hours on the phone with Mr. Kock and even difficult or strange questions were
clarified.
Through other travelers we were informed about the possibility of half board. This option was never an option in the booking discussions. Due to the good supply on board, this option would have been sufficient for us.
For travelers without any knowledge of English rather inconvenient. Both in the hotel Bergen, as well as on board, basic English skills are mandatory.
The transfers, especially Bergen train station to the hotel, hotel to the pier and to the airport were not clearly defined in terms of location and time and thus difficult to find.
