It was my first time at Rellana and I was a customer both in the factory outlet and online. There is a huge selection of sock yarns on site, as well as others. I particularly liked the fact that the instructions, which can also be found on the website, were available in printed form and could often be found right next to the matching yarn. So you have immediate inspiration if you fall in love with a yarn. :-) For one of my projects (the felt hat), I ended up missing a ball of yarn (tip for anyone who wants to make it too: I needed four and a half, so buy five, according to the instructions it's about four), so I quickly ordered the missing one online. Although it was the weekend and just before Christmas, my ball of yarn arrived in two working days and I was able to finish my project. I am very pleased with the quality so far, the hat has turned out really beautifully. It's worth visiting the store if you want to touch the wool beforehand and the colors always look a little different in the pictures on the Internet - I picked up a yarn that I wouldn't have ordered in this color online, but I really liked the color in real life. Conclusion: I would definitely order again, at the factory outlet you have to think about how important it is to touch the yarn - at least if, like for me, the journey is quite long.

It is a pity that you are not satisfied. Unfortunately, we do not have any options regarding delivery. All shipping service providers such as DHL, DPD, etc. are extremely overloaded due to the high volume of orders before Christmas. But this has nothing to do with us as Rellana. With regard to our customer service or the quality of our products, we naturally endeavor to offer the best possible service. If you have any complaints, please report them to our customer service department and we will take care of them.
At the beginning of next year we will launch our new QWebshop, which will certainly be clearer, more stable and more intuitive.
We would be delighted if you would check our rating again, because it means a lot to us.

Very nice yarns at reasonable prices. Unfortunately, my last order could only be shipped with DPD. This caused some problems. I was now offered by customer service to leave a comment on my next order to get DHL as the shipper for an extra €1. Very friendly.
