I am very satisfied, there are no complaints. The delivery by DPD was a bit bumpy, but the Rellana team is not to blame. I particularly recommend the Fleet Sock Wonder Bag. If you like knitting socks and are not restricted to certain colors, you should opt for this. I was very excited to see what would be sent to me and was pleasantly surprised that it was really great wool. The price-performance ratio is unbeatable.

Two points stand out in particular: 1. the color selection of the yarns: almost only beautiful clear colors, not the usual neutral or natural colors or the muted colors, but really clear, lively colors in the entire range. I miss that with the other suppliers.
And secondly, my small shipment of 150 g of yarn was accompanied by two wonderful color catalogs, which I was very excited about: every page is a feast of colors, with all the necessary information briefly summarized at the top of the page, so that the main focus is on the presentation of all the beautiful colors.
I have found so many great yarns that I will certainly be visiting you again.

I am very sad about my delivery. I was really looking forward to it. The wool stinks terribly and cannot be knitted under any circumstances! I will send it back!

Dear Ms. Heesch, we have checked the sock wool from your miracle bag and found that it definitely does not smell. We send out 20 - 30 wonder bags every day and no one has ever complained to us about a bad smell. But of course you are free to return the goodie bag.
We have not forgotten the key ring. Our offer according to the newsletter is: When you buy new SPARPAKETS
( which are also pictured ) you will receive a free key ring, not with wonder bags.
