Thank you for your positive review.
Unfortunately, knots do occur because the wool is fed to the balling machine on cones and the next cone is automatically knotted at the end of the cone. Even if the thread breaks, it is automatically knotted on.
5 knots in a ball are of course a lot. We would like to send you a ball of yarn free of charge as a replacement, please send us a photo of the yarn and your address by e-mail.

I was very satisfied with the payment options.
I don’t have PayPal and don’t want to use it, and I also don’t want to pay via Klarna. With you, I can pay via SEPA. That’s a big plus for me.
Unfortunately, as a beginner, I often find that the product descriptions don’t specify what the yarn is suitable for. For example, I’m looking for beige-colored yarn to crochet a large blanket.
Also, I feel like you have a relatively small selection, or maybe I’m just not very good at navigating your site. But overall, I’m satisfied.

Dear Mrs. Amrhein, thank you very much for your review. We have a smaller range that offers all the important yarns - from pure acrylic to pure cotton, sock wool to chenille yarn and pure merino wool. And we convince with a good price-performance ratio.
We are currently preparing a brand new online store, where each quality is described in terms of what it can be used for. For a beige-colored blanket, I recommend the Merino extrafine quality, which is high quality, soft and cuddly. Otherwise you are welcome to call 05473-95850 from Monday to Friday between 8 a.m. and 2 p.m., our ladies will be happy to advise you.

The yarn is just as shown. It’s very pleasant to knit with.

The only downside is the terrible delivery service! I know there’s nothing you can do about it. Delivery services vary greatly from city to city and neighborhood to neighborhood…unfortunately.
