The regular sessions with my personal coach served as an important source of support during my career transition. Restart Career surprised me positively in every way. For me, it's not a traditional outplacement company, because what really counts here is the person. You get individual support on so many different levels. The community and the mutual exchange help and support you immensely during this phase.
