The support provided by Mr. Dohrmann was excellent at all times during the talks. The approach during the contact and also during the talks always conveyed a professional and engaging image.

Due to his professional competence within the industry, as well as his knowledge of human nature, he was able to assess very quickly whether there was a "match".

The cooperation was very positive. However, one should not put the main focus on the financial aspect during the first meeting, but in my opinion only during the 2nd meeting (consulting coordination of potential employee / consultant). Nevertheless, the support was consistently positive and Mr. Schnitzler provided competent and success-promoting assistance.

Mr. Schnitzler takes a very professional approach to recruitment. The support was excellent from the very first minute. This applies to the preparations for the personnel search as well as the detailed presentation of the applicants and the support during the selection process. Mr. Schnitzler's experience and contacts are of great benefit, especially in the case of an undercover search for skilled personnel in the construction industry. In doing so, he always preserves the anonymity of the client and yet quickly finds interested applicants with potential for the shortlist.
