I decided to use Reybex because of the good price-performance description on the website. After two weeks of use, I am now on the verge of unwinding everything again and look around again for another ERP.
Criticism:
1) The UI is designed complicated, the documentation so thin and little coherent, that as a new customer you are forced to consider the setup service for 125€ / hour (net), which is a cheek, but here Reybex is not the only provider who does not live the American HIS.
2) If you have your system set up for 125€ / hour net, the same hourly rate is due again to explain the confusing system afterwards.
3) If you don't have one of the expensive support packages, you have to pay the same hourly rate as for the setup as a training fee..... Very user unfriendly.
4) The highly touted video documentation is unfortunately just like the documentation in terms of quality. Many scattered fragments without a red thread, the contributions themselves also very narrowly explained to not explained at all.
Conclusion:
Who thinks he can save with Reybex should accept to spend at least another 2.000€ in training and setup of the system - honestly much too much for me, because I then have to read from other evaluators that bugs occur during operation etc. From my point of view, Reybex should just now in the phase with still few customers to make a plug and play solution from the ERP and only when no bugs occur during operation + a large userbase is available to switch to the current model. As a user, I expect more quality here, especially in terms of documentation, videos and free support, because on the one hand, Reybex can just run servers for the monthly fee, and on the other hand, you feel so screwed as a user when you see the documentation and the sales department wants to sell you the setup for 1,000 euros in the same breath. Self setup with the documentation + videos virtually impossible. And I say that as an app developer....
