Even though there was a minor misunderstanding at the beginning regarding the consultation on the location of the energy storage system and the inverter, choosing Rheinvolt was absolutely the right decision. I’m usually pretty skeptical of door-to-door sales pitches, but after a very pleasant conversation, we decided to schedule a consultation.
The consultation was very friendly and well-organized. In hindsight, we noticed a few minor details that we would have liked to have been communicated a bit more clearly, but these were easily resolved over the phone with the staff.
The installers were on time and friendly, and they did a very clean job. I personally really appreciate this, since we didn’t have to clean up after them at all.
