I have got on very well with the teas. During the three liver cleanses so far, I have unfortunately always had very delayed emptying, then to my delight excretions "like in the author's book".
I have always felt much more awake afterwards. I find the swelling powder and herbs pleasant.

After 2.5 years of various attempts to cure my rheumatism, the Eden Gold program is the first program that has brought about a lasting, noticeable physical change in me.
My attempts: 1. intestinal build-up with probiotics, fiber, apple cider vinegar, glutamine, zinc and curcuma
2. supplying micronutrients, omega-3 oil, magnesium, vitamin D3, selenium, zinc, vitamin B complex, coenzyme Q10
3. treatment with a naturopath, strengthen the pancreas and rebuild the intestinal environment
4. high-dose Vit C and B12/9/6/1 infusions.
None of this made a lasting difference.
Only when I started the Eden Gold program was I pain-free for 2 days after the first liver congestion with biologics. I have since been able to stop taking the biologic completely and am virtually pain-free every day.
I am currently taking the probiotic and I am sure that I will be completely pain-free in a few months.

I was fascinated by the liver decongestion. More than 50 stones the first time. I would never have thought that.

The products, the book and the service are great. As my complaints were assessed as psychosomatic, I didn't make it to the end of the program. But it is quite clear that the change in diet in conjunction with the products for detoxifying the organs can lead to an improvement in health. However, a positive attitude and perseverance are essential.
Unfortunately, I gave up because of my diagnosis.

I have already gone through the detox program once. Requires a lot of discipline. Inflammation has actually decreased significantly. I liked the 1st edition of the book better. In the end it was too esoteric for my taste.

So far it's going well, it's too early to pass judgment.

I was particularly pleased with the weekly suggestions after purchasing the products. I felt accompanied.
I have now reached step 5 and the 6th liver decongestion.
8 days after the 5th decongestion, my hands and shoulders were very painful again. I am confident that things are slowly improving. I'm hanging in there :) The tiredness in the morning until the afternoon is still acute.

The book is very well written. What is written in the book corresponds one to one with the implementation. I have had very good results so far.

The procedure is well described and can be carried out alongside everyday life, even if you are working. I reach my limits during the liver cleanse (physically: circulation and nausea). Status: 8 liver cleansing, intestinal stage H: since the start of the cure I have not needed any more painkillers (14 daily), the inflammation in my fingers is still there, the stiffness and pain sometimes more and sometimes less. I firmly believe that there is nothing better to repair and everything takes time. First the detoxification, then the self-healing can begin.

So far I'm satisfied, but I haven't yet had the success I wanted.
I'm sure it's also because I'm still pretty much at the beginning and have only reached step 4 of the cure according to the book. This is the second time I've started.
I am confident and will keep at it.

After a medical evaluation of intolerances to some herbal plants such as kidney tea, I have the opportunity to mix the teas myself, according to my current and individual tolerance.
Not every pre-mixed herbal tea is good for me.
At the moment I prefer to take the pure cat's claw bark root tea, 1 liter per day, 4 cups spread over the day.

The book is very clearly laid out and easy to understand. The coaching letters also provided me with valuable knowledge. The coaching letters
help and motivate me to achieve my goal.

The book is very interesting and written in a way that everyone can understand. It reminds you of many " mistakes" that you have suppressed over the years. Of course, everyone knows that you should eat less sugar, that you need to get plenty of exercise and that alcohol is harmful.
The detailed descriptions of the organs and their functions for the body need to be kept in mind.
The weekly letters were also very helpful for this. They ensure that you stay on the ball and don't give up, even if freedom from pain is still a long time coming.
Unfortunately, I didn't get on with the liver decongestion. I can't get the Epsom salts and especially the oil down, everything comes back immediately. I managed it 4 times, then nothing worked anymore.
I will now drink the liver tea for a longer period of time, which may also be helpful.
Overall, however, I am convinced that I am doing something good for my body!
The program is not over yet.

I have two problems, 1. the Eppstein Barr virus has triggered a soft tissue rheumatism attack = internist prescribes cortisone if that is what it is (her statement)
2. 5.The 5th thoracic vertebra is porous and a blood sponge is taking up space, so the spinal canal is narrowed, that could also have been the cause (neurologist's statement) I first drank the kidney tea, then the liver tea, as I take cortisone and was quite weak, I decided on the alternative liver decongestion, all the little blood sponges on my legs have almost all disappeared, as according to the blood count I am still taking the cortisone 7.5 mg, I can't say anything concrete yet, but I have more energy, as the cortisone is also rather upsetting for me, I don't know what gives me more energy now, I also do oil pulling in the morning, and move mentally in the present and look forward to the future....i think it is great that there is a possibility to heal yourself with herbs, of course it is very important to pay attention to body, mind and soul and i have already forwarded your products so that they also come to a positive end.

I have been suffering from rheumatic joint pain for a year and was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis in May of this year. I then bought the book "Deconstruction of Man", even though the title didn't appeal to me at first, but it still made me curious. Two months later, I started the complete Rheumafrei program. I am now in the middle of the bowel cleansing program and can only say that my symptoms are now (in the peak season of flare-ups) nowhere near as bad as they were a year ago. I'm very excited to see how I'll feel when I'm done with everything. What I particularly like about the book is that it doesn't come across as the 'sledgehammer method' a la "radically and completely change your life from now on", but is so coherently researched and written that I really wanted to make some changes straight away. The program builds on each other step by step, which makes it feasible to implement, even if I sometimes experience lows in motivation. For me, sticking with it has already paid off so much and I can only say "thank you" from the bottom of my heart! I would also like to say a very positive thing about the fact that you can get in touch with people affected via Facebook or via email with the rheumatism team at any time and get a prompt answer to your questions. For me, this is what makes quality...

The entire package was coherent and logical for me, therefore my decision for it. Am still in the process of applying everything according to specifications and hope for SUCCESS.

I have not yet completed the cure, but my pain has already lessened a lot and at times is completely gone.
