At 10 locations, the company presents itself with salesrooms and services from the Neckar region to... the Allgäu and Bavaria. In addition, the Riess Group offers a wide range of used vehicles from passenger cars to commercial vehicles.
The pickup of the new vehicle was scheduled in conjunction with the delivery of a lease return. For this purpose, an appointment was made with an appraiser to inspect the returned vehicle. The receptionist at Autohaus Riess was not informed of this fact, although the seller was aware of it. The appraisal was not carried out by a hair's breadth. Better coordination between the seller and reception would be a useful improvement.
Very friendly reception, no waiting time and with a small but nice handover room. Time is taken to explain the new vehicle and prepare the new customer as best as possible. Questions that were not asked can easily be made up by mail. This is my first contact with a Mercedes dealership that has met all expectations of the brand and staff.

I received a very nice welcome when I picked up my company car. The showroom for delivery is very successful in my opinion. The entire time I was very well cared for by Mr. Bergmann and very well informed.
During delivery, Mr. Petri was allowed to serve me, here too I can only say that everything was very professional.
Unfortunately had several serious problems with the last vehicle. Service in this context exemplary including Saturday service, direct offer without asking for a replacement vehicle and very competent and accurate analysis of the customer service and service staff. New vehicle sales maximum professional, despite over 5 months delivery delay always present. Vehicle at handover top and fully fueled and loaded. Instruction in the gadgets very successful, focus on the essentials. Summa Summarum I feel very well taken care of in every respect.
My appointment for the vehicle handover was not only pleasing because I actually got the new vehicle in the end. It was also enjoyable because I felt very obligingly treated and well informed by Mr. Bergmann and the team around him.
On 19.05.22 was found on the HU on my Mercedes C200d, Bl 2013 as a significant defect axle beam 2nd axle left rusted through. Re-demonstration within a month. Goodwill request via Riess was granted. Because of an accumulation of this defect and spare parts problems, I was given 06.07.22 as the earliest repair date. On 05.07.22, the date was postponed to 03.08.22 due to staff absence due to illness. The repair took 2 days and was carried out properly. On my objection because of a loaner car and the assumption of the renewed TÜV costs I was explained that these would not be taken over by Mercedes. If the repair had been done within a month, I would have had to pay only the renewal fee. So I incurred HU u. renewed AU fee in the amount of 119, - €. From other concerned I have learned that, under the given circumstances, very well the HU fees were refunded and a loaner car was made available.
By the way, about the friendliness of the staff and execution of the repair work, I can not only positively express.
It is rare to find such good support/advice and this from the start of the selection of the vehicle to the handover.
This applies not only to the consultant (Mr. Bergmann) but to all contact persons at Riess.
Therefore, once again on this way: Thank you very much!
I configured my new C-Class in December 2021 and took delivery of it almost on time in May of this year. I really enjoyed the official handover at the new premises in Ravensburg. Many thanks again to Mr. Bergmann and the team for the excellent & professional support along the entire process.
