On 19.05.22 was found on the HU on my Mercedes C200d, Bl 2013 as a significant defect axle beam 2nd axle left rusted through. Re-demonstration within a month. Goodwill request via Riess was granted. Because of an accumulation of this defect and spare parts problems, I was given 06.07.22 as the earliest repair date. On 05.07.22, the date was postponed to 03.08.22 due to staff absence due to illness. The repair took 2 days and was carried out properly. On my objection because of a loaner car and the assumption of the renewed TÜV costs I was explained that these would not be taken over by Mercedes. If the repair had been done within a month, I would have had to pay only the renewal fee. So I incurred HU u. renewed AU fee in the amount of 119, - €. From other concerned I have learned that, under the given circumstances, very well the HU fees were refunded and a loaner car was made available.
By the way, about the friendliness of the staff and execution of the repair work, I can not only positively express.
