What I liked about the individual coach appointments with Rita Sohm is that she takes time to understand the environment and has the ability to quickly put herself in the situation. She also has the ability to quickly identify types of people and adapt the solutions / discussion / reasoning to them.

Since 2016, I have been training with Rita Sohm in performance/ethics and regularly refresh my knowledge with her. In the group, she takes time for each participant and picks them up emotionally and factually where they are right now.
