I am really very satisfied! The meeting was very professional as well as was not at all intrusive! I can judge that very well, because I normally would not be mediated through an agency / agent and get quite a few requests and offers. But due to the offensive but not at all pushy and noncommittal way I luckily got in touch with Mr. Kaya. Mr. Kaya is very professional, discreet and reliable. With his open and sympathetic manner he additionally managed the unpleasant parts of a job interview very well! I am completely convinced of this modern method and wish everyone such a placement!

Mr. Bastians' guidance through the entire application process was very professional and well organized. I felt very well taken care of. Communication was always friendly and, above all, always prompt. Mr. Bastians understood with great skill how to mediate between me and the employer and how to best prepare me for the interview. I found him to be very service-oriented and would use his services as a mediator again at any time.

After an iterative approach of the Riverstate employees' understanding of the special requirements of the specific candidate search, based on the complexity of the job profile, the analyses and search profiles were quickly refined. The success achieved speaks for itself: within a short, reasonable period of time, an outstandingly suitable candidate was found and we were able to contractually bind him or her. Thank you for the very good service. We will turn to Riverstate again.

Mr. Bernd Bastians placed me after a job application I wrote to bernd.bastians@riverstate.de. On March 29th I sent the mail and on April 7th I signed my employment contract. It was very uncomplicated, although I thought at first that I probably wouldn't have too many chances to find the right job here! Great company!!!
I was approached by Ms. Nadin Burns, which fortunately for me was the best thing that could have happened to make a big step in my career. During our first interview she was very polite, friendly but also so professional as you are not used to. She also prepared me for the questions that might be asked during the interview, gave me great tips and was a great support. Without your preparation, my interview would have been half as successful. I would also like to thank you for taking so much time.
In my opinion, I would recommend Riverstate Interational Consultig GmbH to anyone, but also from my experience Ms. Burns, as a consultant for the next career step.

Right from the first inquiry, you surprised me with your creative approach and made me curious. Since I was not actually looking for a career change, I had rejected every request from headhunters until then. You were not only able to arouse my curiosity, but then later you also set me up well for the next steps and motivated me. Without your preparation, my interview would have been half as successful. I would also like to thank you for taking so much time. As you know, I declined the offer from the company for my current family reasons.
