I am more than disappointed with the handling of customers, tenants, etc. from the Frima Rohrer!
Repeated emails and calls go there unfortunately into the void. My needs have not been addressed at all and generally the service from Rohrer is simply poor. This may not apply to everyone at Rohrer at this point.
Deficiencies in the property have been addressed several times, here too no feedback, or only after repeated contact. Finding an appointment is almost impossible. I think meanwhile five employees plus management have been contacted, even after several emails and calls and the explicit request for a status update no answer comes. Unfortunately, the problem has not been solved to date.
Service thought at Rohrer in this process unfortunately not present at all.
