Rojan is a very valuable person. He always has the right words. His experience allows him to put himself in the shoes of any person, giving the best possible tips.

Helpful, loving, open-minded and never judgmental. I always felt comfortable and valued with Rojan.
Despite the fact that we were not alone in a call, I was able to open up more than with my best friends because he simply understands and can relate to how you feel. I personally have rarely experienced such empathy.

Rojan lovingly took me by the hand in 1o1 coaching and I am still fascinated by the long-term success in the aftermath, the whole thing was over a year ago. Rojan is not about "THE perfect coaching experience" and blueprints that every self-proclaimed "expert" thinks they have to adapt to half the world. Rojan knows that real life is not just about continuous growth, artificial motivation boosts, joy and unbreakable routines. There are personal crises, challenges and forks in the road that cannot be solved in one fell swoop. This is precisely where he comes in with a lot of warmth and a trained eye for detail.

The focus on the "unnoticed things", from the point of view of a "mentalitarian", is what has had an impact on my life through long-term self-reflection. I am still deeply grateful to Rojan for this insight, the unforgettable coaching and the "adult" growth with a lot of humor and less self-stress.

Thanks to Rojan I was able to get to know myself better. To feel and live my emotions, to trust myself as well as to order my feelings, my thoughts and my consciousness. I saw myself and my surroundings from different perspectives. And what I probably learned the most through Rojan is to feel myself and do what makes me feel good. Rojan is a really cool guy. I got to know him in the elite student program and really appreciated his Mindet Livecalls.
He picks you up exactly where you are and finds the right impulse for every situation.
Afterwards I was always motivated and full of energy.
I would use his advice again.

I came in contact with Rojan through a program on performance in studies. The challenge I have always felt faced with was severe exam anxiety. Through Rohan, among other things, I have been able to approach such situations with a completely different attitude.
I can only recommend him with his easy-going, open way of dealing with people! One definitely feels in good hands.

Rojan has developed an incredible sense of what is going on in his counterpart and is very empathetic in the way he digs "deeper". He never seems to be at a loss for words or approaches to stimulate thoughts, to initiate paradigm shifts or even to leave the cognitive level.
Rojan has helped me a lot through his guidance in 1on1 to be able to help myself a bit better.
Seen in this way, an important building block for each subsequent step and correspondingly difficult to weigh in money, although for me worth every euro.

Rojan has helped me to work on mindset issues even at an advanced level. I would say that I am already implementing some things, but my realization was to understand again clearly how to be self effective. This insight seems logical, but it was a clear game changer for me. If you want to experience it for yourself, you should definitely get in touch with Rojan. Such a realization, if you feel it right, can have life-changing effects as long as you are willing to work on yourself.
