I have been contacting Rose & Partner for a lay-off process. Dr. Sali took care of my case and it was a great experience, in a situation where I was under a lot of stress.
1. they have been quick in contacting me back and providing support
2. they have been very clear in every step of the process, translating very complex items in a language I was able to understand clearly.
3. they provided not only support but guidance as well, helping me assess the different options.
4. I was charged an adequate price.
All in all, since they helped me in a very complex moment of my life and did it impeccably, I can't but recommend them wholeheartedly.

Mio figlio Luca Felici ha avuto necessità di assistenza da parte dell'avv. Sali per un infortunio occorsogli sul lavoro a Berlino e per le pratiche inerenti l'assicurazione e la cassa malattia, si era bloccato tutto perché non era stato informato del fatto che non poteva venire in Italia dopo il sinistro, anche grazie all'aiuto dell'avv. Sali è riuscito ad ottenere la copertura malattia che era stata sospesa; sono stati necessari plurimi e ripetuti contatti, per mail e per telefono, e il legale avv. Sali è sempre stato disponibile, addirittura in giorni festivi. Notevole è stato anche il supporto dato sotto il profilo umano.

Since the inheritance law between Italy and Germany is very complicated and the laws are constantly changing, I had decided to present my request to Rose & Partner Lawyers and Attorneys at Law. I was put in touch with Dr. Francesco Senatore, who was the perfect lawyer for my inheritance case. I live in Germany and had an inheritance in Italy. Dr. Francesco Senatore had informed me precisely e.g. what falls under the inheritance allowance in Germany, what kind of taxes I have to pay or not pay. He also asked me if I had reported my inheritance to the tax office in time. After I had sent my folder with all the documents to him in Hamburg, he was able to answer my questions very precisely and accurately. Moreover, it was very easy to understand his explanations. I am very satisfied with the lawyer's performance and can only recommend him.

We were advised regarding a private real estate purchase in Italy, covering the end'to'end acquisition from binding proposal, validation, formulation and execution of the notarial contract. We experienced RA Sali and his colleagues as highly competent, friendly, very responsive, fast, clear and fully focused on achieving the best outcome for us. In spite of myself, I found myself in a complicated situation because of two "clever". Dr. Avv. Sali in the welter of counts, falsehoods and absurdities presented in court by the opposing party was always able to be extremely professional, on every occasion he adopted the best strategy to get out of it as quickly as possible and above all he asserted my rights literally debunking the opposing party and his lawyer. To those who read this review of mine, let me give a piece of advice: turn to Dr. Sali Lawyer before undertaking any decision, before signing any contract, before starting any business ... because unfortunately good faith sometimes (often) is not enough!!! Again, thank you Dr. Sali Lawyer!!!!
