Already in our first session René was able to read me like a book - that saved me long narrations. Just a few questions already led him to make a comprehensive analysis of my life. He was able to identify my way of thinking, determine my emotional level, and show me my patterns. In each session, with little input, he can always reflect my current situations as well as problem situations.

Within minutes, I am shown behaviors and provided my own answers through simple follow-up questions - fantastic! His variety of methods is overwhelming, his repertoire really serves all (imagined) problems.

His calm way of speaking further leads to the fact that I could listen to him for hours, like a podcast, of his analyses. René always provides me with a non-critical, very strong sense of understanding as well as empathy. Although we work together in a professional framework, with René I have the feeling of a very good friend at my side, who accepts me unconditionally.

After some time of no contact, René had no difficulty in fully describing my current situation. Amazingly, he can put my feelings into words at any time, which I always desperately seek. He symbolizes situations for easy explanation. A symbol which I continue to use for myself is my "inner pendulum" which swings at different moments or swings in the middle as soon as I am completely with myself. This he connected immediately with a song, which accompanies since then as my own little hymn :D

Rene regularly activates my resources and strengths, makes me optimistic and lets me realize more and more that I am a great woman and a wonderful person who is allowed to make her own decisions.

His relaxed and easy to understand way of working as well as his sympathetic appearance are further reasons for me to continue working with him in the future.

The workshop on digital onboarding with Mr. Sitte was very valuable and enriching for us as a team. With targeted and simple, yet amazing questioning techniques, he supports each individual team member in the individual approach of their own challenges in the implementation of daily work and thus creates a powerful basis for preparing for different topics. In doing so, Mr. Sitte helps to skillfully and purposefully dissolve thought blockages in order to promote individual resources and guide them into effective paths. It was particularly admirable for us that we as colleagues, even after years of working together, got to know each other much better through the profound dialogues and the special approaches of Mr. Sitte and developed an even stronger appreciation for each other. Even with critical topics, Mr. Sitte makes sure that the focus is always on the solution of the challenge, the energy is directed to the goal itself and possible disturbing factors are only given enough space to understand the respective situation exactly and to jointly develop the best possible solution strategy with which all team members can identify. If a situation is not 100% clarified or not supported by all team members, further solutions are worked out together so that everyone can leave the workshop with a lasting positive feeling. With a lot of humor and a high level of concentration, also thanks to Mr. Sitte's wonderfully descriptive visual language, we developed communication and organizational approaches that are enriching for our work within the team as well as taking into account the cooperation with interfaces. In the context of my personal development, I have experienced René Sitte over the entire period as an authentic, professional and experienced mentor with an impressive feel for people, who respects and understands his client in her uniqueness.
