I was very positively surprised by the training on intercultural competence. Instead of the expected stereotype bingo, the focus was on communicating with individuals and creating models for understanding. I was able to take a lot from this. In addition, a pleasant and engaging atmosphere was created that encouraged participants to ask their own questions.
Raafat offers the all-round carefree package in his training courses. With wit and charm, he conveys the sometimes dry topics in an exemplary manner. Thank you for your time.
The topic of intercultural competence is wide-ranging - Raafat has succeeded in presenting this in a compact, concise and clear way. I received good instructions on possible pitfalls that I can apply at any time and keep in mind. Highly recommended!
