You will not receive any information on the terms and conditions regarding the cancellation of an order. If you cancel the order, you have to pay 30% of the order value. The prices are calculated too high. The order is awarded to a subcontractor with foreign management. They react with nasty e-mails to your cancelation. Overall, not recommended.

Dear reviewer, unfortunately you are writing anonymously. If an order is canceled one day in advance, cancellation fees will be charged. This is more than usual. Our team has blocked this day for you and as a result no other clearance could be brought forward. If you have found a cheaper provider and therefore cancel the clearance date, we bear the full risk.

Very good experience from the offer to the execution of the order:
- Very prompt response and quote based on photos
- original estimate was too low, very fair renegotiation (Rümpelmeister wanted to stand by their original offer, but since I suspected that it was a bit too low, we agreed on a fair compromise)
- as I could not be on site, good contact by phone and documentation of the final result by photos.
- Very thorough clear-out (swept clean), the buyer of my property was also very satisfied.
