Friendly approach, the end result was good thanks to the hard-working team, the delivery date was not met, which is particularly annoying if you don't live locally. Perhaps we should communicate daily about the progress of the work.

I don't normally write reviews, but I'm happy to write this one. I contacted several service providers in the course of a house clearance and Rümpelmeister immediately took the time for an inspection. I immediately felt that I was treated professionally and transparently and the company was awarded the contract. Even before the house clearance, there was always someone available to answer any questions. On the day in question, the colleagues arrived punctually on the agreed date, got to work straight away and were ready the next day on the agreed date. The apartment was empty, clean and ready for handover. And all for the agreed price, which, by the way, was super customer-oriented.
