We were completely satisfied with the placement of the order, the appointment arrangements and the handling. The various appointments (home removal and household/apartment clearance) were carried out in a very friendly and professional manner.
All employees of the Miskovic Group were very friendly and helpful. We would like to thank everyone very much and wish our injured colleague a speedy recovery.

Competent advice and appointment on site. The apartment is clean and everything is out. Unfortunately, the shower screen is still in there. It should also be removed. Perhaps the workmen were unable to remove it?

The offer was presented to me transparently in a personal meeting and was kept to without any additional costs. The men worked flawlessly and quickly, even though they were really busy. I don't normally write reviews, but I'm happy to write this one. I contacted several service providers in the course of a house clearance and Rümpelmeister immediately took the time for an inspection. I immediately felt that I was treated professionally and transparently and the company was awarded the contract. Even before the house clearance, there was always someone available to answer any questions. On the day in question, the colleagues arrived punctually on the agreed date, got to work straight away and were ready the next day on the agreed date. The apartment was empty, clean and ready for handover. And all for the agreed price, which, by the way, was super customer-oriented.
