We had to liquidate the apartment of a deceased aunt. It was important to us that as many items as possible have a use again. When there was still quite a bit left, it was a matter of disposing of it. We contacted several suppliers. The company Rümpelwelt contacted us immediately. At very short notice an inspection date was agreed upon! This was very prompt. We were well advised and agreed on a clearing date, which was again very prompt. The clearing itself was quick, correct and competent! Also the entire processing of the billing and in advance the offer was uncomplicated via e-mail. We needed help immediately and 1 day before Christmas Eve......
This was followed by immediate help that cannot be described. ..
The lady on the phone reassured me so much that I knew I was in good hands.
Also the team which stood to us in these hours to the side was a stroke of luck and we thank you for these great angels.

After a customer meeting with inspection, a short-term appointment was agreed. On this date, everyone was there on time and it was quickly cleared the apartment. In addition, the floor and basement were cleared. In the afternoon everything was swept clean.

Our family was faced with the difficult task of having a house cleared that was 350 kilometers away from our hometown. A first contact took place with an employee of Rümpelwelt on site. All the necessary work was carried out after consultation by telephone or e-mail. This ultimately also included the handover to the landlord, so that we no longer had to be on site. The competent employees of Rümpelwelt have saved us many highway miles ☺️ and we can only recommend them. Many thanks for the help.
