Ms. Munteanu's professionalism impressed me from the very first phone call. This was followed by a very quick viewing appointment and I received an offer on the same day. On the day the work was carried out, all the employees were punctual. The apartment was handed over swept clean. All the employees were careful and competent. I am very satisfied and can definitely recommend Rümpelz!

The offer contained a precise list of all the services required and the clearance of the apartment - consisting of three rooms, kitchen, bathroom, hallway and cellar - was carried out quickly and thoroughly in accordance with the offer. The final price on the invoice corresponded exactly to the agreed offer price. This is exactly how it should be. I would use this service from Rümpelz Team again at any time.
