First of all, thank you very much. Thank you for the heart and soul you put into your videos and training plans.
I received the starter running plan and was pretty sure that the requirements would not be so easy for me. Not because of the time, but because of my fitness. I've actually been jogging for a few years now, but due to longer breaks I always start from scratch. This time my break was a bit longer. I had already started running again before I bought your running plan. So I started in the middle. However, my skepticism quickly evaporated and with the help of your training sessions, I'm surprisingly good at getting into the flow. I had never managed that so easily before. The support from your videos was very helpful and there were one or two "aha" moments.
So if you want to know how I'm doing - I'm doing great. Thank you very much.

I wanted to say a quick thank you for the 21km running plan.
Although I overstretched the ligaments in my left foot in January, I was able to finish my first official half marathon in Frankfurt. I am more than happy with the 2h19.

Because of the forced break I couldn't finish the plan yet and it was quite hard to run the whole distance, but it was ok. Afterwards I only had a slight muscle ache.

The plan helps me progress in a structured way, but you have to make sure you meet the requirements (running experience for the half marathon plan). But that's exactly what I like about it, that I'm NOT always starting from scratch. This gives me a noticeable training effect right from the start.

I also find the tips and videos very helpful.
As soon as I am finished with the current plan, I will probably continue with the "half marathon under 2h10".

Kevin is very empathetic and is very responsive to the needs of his running beginners, every question was answered. He was a great moderator of the group, and we as members still benefit from the regular exchanges today. His equipment recommendations were invaluable. The running plans in particular were great to help me stick to my goal and even improve on it.

I am so glad that I came across Kevin and runnersflow on YouTube. Thanks to him, the beginner's running course and the running buddies, I went from couch potato to running my first 5 km in one go in 6 weeks.
The course is just fun to run, without any stress. Kevin is simply a great motivator. I found it very good that you get a precise plan for the 6 weeks .... and lots of tips in the Whattsapp group .... where you are always in good hands with Kevin and the other running buddies, no matter what problem arises. It was a lot of fun and I was a little sad when the 6 weeks were over so quickly. I can only recommend the course to anyone. It has turned me into a runner and I am proud of myself and the running buddies.

I did a beginner's running course in June 2023 and since then I've been running three times a week (unless life gets in the way with an infection ...) in all weathers. I would never have thought it possible before, I'd never jogged before in my life (only hiked a lot) and now I run for a good hour.
