Poor
After my father's death in April 2022, we were treated extremely disappointingly and intransigently by the R&V agency Danfi-Göth.
The agency made no effort whatsoever to accommodate my mother with adjusted contracts.

My father had been a loyal customer of the insurance company for at least 50 years and my mother would have gladly accepted his terms with R&V. Mrs. D-G categorically refused to do so. My mother would have been created by it in all motor vehicle interests completely as a new customer Ü80.
The R&V telephone information service in Stuttgart was very friendly, but could not really offer my mother a better offer.
All vehicles are now insured with WGV at better conditions and significantly lower prices.

AGENCY DANFI-GÖTH definitely not to be recommended.

Hello, I remember your case. Unfortunately, even today I could not do otherwise than to transfer the contract to your mother in which she takes over the years she also has the driver's license. Also the age surcharge is still the same. We as an agency have done what we can do within the framework of the R+V conditions for a motor vehicle solo customer. Furthermore, the contract was subject to damages that would be credited in the event of a discount transfer, as the discount protection is only subject to the current VN.
