Great guide and input for successful telephone conversations!

We booked a telephone training course. I was very impressed by the general content and especially the psychological content. The examples also gave me a lot of WOW and AHA experiences. The concept and the discussion guide were developed individually for our requirements and products during the training. Admittedly, I was a little skeptical at first as to whether the concept would work. But it was legendary. The completion rate was excellent. We will definitely recommend it to others!

Sales Viking showed me how to communicate properly on the phone. How to be more quick-witted and a little more persistent. They gave me a ready-made guide that was tailored to my requirements and that I could use straight away. We practiced live and called customers. That gave me confidence. Absolutely TOP! My colleague was also delighted!

Chapeau! I didn't know the unique questioning technique that was created here before and it always helps me when I simply didn't know what to do with a customer before. The strategy of invalidating pretexts in the sales talk 30 minutes before they are even asked using the developed questioning technique, as well as the other inputs, are always aha moments! I admire the constant creativity and spontaneity of the trainers! 100% recommendation if you want to understand and learn sales.

I've been in sales for over 30 years and thought I was doing everything right. Then I came into contact with Sales Viking for the first time and I quickly realized that I had been on the wrong track with my company and my employees for years. The Vikings are not theorists, they are doers! From analyzing the sales pitch, to being interested in understanding our products, these guys wrote a structured & psychological sales pitch for our company by letting us work it out, but had already completely created the finished concept themselves beforehand. And in the same way, they use their sales concept to make the customer believe that the decision always comes from the customer. Together with my team, however, I can say that this is definitely not the case, as we have been holding discussions with Sales Viking ever since we started working together. 300% increase in sales within 3 months!!!

My idea before I started the training was: what am I supposed to do, I've been making calls for several years. I have to say my expectations were more than exceeded. You wouldn't believe what you can learn in everyday life. Christoph does the training very well and you learn a lot. I can only say one thing: I can recommend the training 1000%.

What I particularly liked about the Sales Viking Academy is very simple: the Academy is 180 degrees different from other online training courses. I can say this because I have already booked several coaching sessions with other providers. However, I wasn't really able to pick up the knowledge from the other providers because, in my opinion, the coaches didn't have the background knowledge.

This is completely different with Sales Viking. The knowledge comes directly from practice and is based on more than 15 years of experience in corporate management. This training is even a bit too good for the price, because it allows everyone to put what they have learned into practice.

I would like to emphasize that the support and the live call part are also very good. There are no mass calls; the calls are always split up and worked through with a precise structure in order to offer the best added value for each individual.
