I am 68 years old and broke my trochanter in a fall 2 years ago. After I struggled to get back on my feet, I was diagnosed with osteoporosis a year ago when my bone density was measured, which took me completely by surprise and left me pretty clueless. As the doctors here didn't really advise or look after me, I had to find out for myself. During this research, I came across Samuel Kochenburger several times. In January I was diagnosed with three vertebral fractures. That's why I decided to improve my situation with the Knochenstark method. When I was recently diagnosed with osteoporosis, I initially felt powerless, desperate and alone. Many doctors have little to offer apart from the usual medication recommendations. If you want to find out more about your illness and are looking for a way to improve your bone health through a bone-healthy diet, Samuel is an excellent person to talk to. He has researched the topic in great detail and manages to convey his knowledge in a very clear and understandable way. His recommendations go far beyond the standard recommendations of 'calcium and vitamin D'. I am still at the beginning of my journey, but it gives me a good feeling to be able to actively tackle my illness and I am glad to have Samuel at my side!

I am 58 years old and last year I was diagnosed with severe osteoporosis with a score of -3.73. I didn't expect this because I had never had any pain or fractures before. I hadn't expected this because I had never had any pain or a fracture before. I fell into a state of shock and then, left relatively alone by the doctors, began to research on my own to improve my state of health. As all available osteoporosis medication sooner or later has serious side effects, after reading several books I wanted to concentrate on a bone-strong, bone-building diet to combat the progression of osteoporosis. In the process, I became aware of the Bone Strong Method by nutrition and osteoporosis specialist Samuel Kochenburger. I finally feel that I am in good hands here and I am confident that I can transform my nutritional deficiencies into bone strength through individual advice and analysis. Although I am still at the beginning, I can recommend this method unreservedly to anyone in the same situation. You finally feel that your fears and concerns about the development of the disease are being taken seriously by the experts. Of course, the personal will to change is essential in order to achieve success with this bone-strength method.

After a long search (I was diagnosed with osteopenia 20 years ago and now have osteoporosis), I (62) have finally found someone
I have finally found someone who does not limit treatment to calcium and bisphosphonates but gives me the hope of positively influencing the disease by changing my diet, among other things. So far I have only paid attention to my calcium and vitamin D intake, but in the future I will have to change a lot (proteins, fiber, fatty acids, phosphorus, other supplements). I would recommend the Knochenstark method to anyone who has been diagnosed with osteopenia or osteoporosis and is prepared to invest a lot of time and energy.

Here you get a really good introduction to osteoporosis and what you can do to prevent it. Information that I have never received from a doctor and which is absolutely important.
I can only recommend Mr. Kochenburger. Always objective, competent, helpful, understanding and friendly. It's a pleasure to go back to school here.

I have been part of the Knochenstark family for 2 weeks now. After I was diagnosed with osteoporosis by my rheumatologist at the age of 66, a world collapsed for me.

As a result, my daughter and I independently searched the Internet for professional support, as my doctor could only offer me medication as a therapy. We both came across Samuel Kochenburger and I am very grateful for the competent support.

Knochenstark gave me a comprehensive overview of the medical context of osteoporosis.
My doctor was unable to provide me with this knowledge. Knochenstark helps me to come to terms with my body and become a "woman of the situation" again.

With professional support, I am in the process of leaving my powerlessness behind me and becoming active.

The connections between exercise, bone structure, minerals, vitamins and nutrition, which are well explained for laypeople, are super helpful. A lot of things were new to me. Samuel was quick to answer any questions I had. The phone calls were also very informative.
It takes time to implement it in everyday life, but the book made me aware of what I need to pay attention to (fiber, protein, calcium, etc.).
I can recommend Samuel without ifs and buts.

In January last year I was diagnosed with "osteoporosis! " the rug was pretty much pulled out from under my feet!
Even after rehab at the supposed osteoporosis center in Bad Pyrmont, I felt relatively left alone by the doctors...but, the great reference book by
Samuel Kochenburger encouraged me to believe that I can significantly improve my DXA values with diet and exercise. I am following this path and hope that I can avoid taking medication!
