Bone-strong nutrition for osteoporosis and osteopenia.
Are you confused and want clear guidance to improve your bone health?
Do you have osteoporosis and want to prevent further bone density loss naturally?...Are you already eating healthy and want to further optimize your diet?
I have known for several years that I have hereditary osteoporosis, but unfortunately I have never received comprehensive advice on how to prevent or treat a deterioration in bone density.
Samuel's extremely comprehensive and informative advice has given me hope that it is never too late to rebuild bone density.
Thanks to his help, I am determined to optimize my diet to such an extent that my bones are strengthened again and my health benefits from it.
Thank you very much for that!
About the book '"Nutritional Medicine in Osteoporosis:
This guidebook is highly recommended for anyone who wants to find out what options are available for taking action on their own in the event of osteoporosis or osteopenia:
- easy to read (large font)
- simply explained and nevertheless very comprehensive
- information on the important vitamins, macronutrients and minerals besides calcium
- concrete examples of foods to implement the recommendations when shopping
This information is very valuable for me, because I was not so comprehensively informed before and put my focus primarily on calcium.
I am very happy to have discovered this book and can highly recommend it to all concerned.
Samuel Kochenburger also has an informative Instagram page where he also gives very good tips and information.
Thank you very much for the great commitment in terms of education in relation to osteoporosis and osteopenia.
I am 52 years old and was diagnosed with osteoporosis four years ago with a T value of 4.2. I had no idea what this actually meant. The doctors didn't give me any real help or information about what it all meant and/or what to expect or what I could do myself. After several broken bones, increasingly poorer values and heavy medication, I came across Mr. Samuel Kochenburger's bone strength method by chance (Instagram) and so I finally got a detailed explanation of the diagnosis and detailed instructions
for a bone-strong diet. The Bone Strength Method is easy to integrate into everyday life. There are many things that can be improved very quickly, such as more protein or more fiber to eat bone strong or to take supplements when needed. Now I know what my bones need and I know how to incorporate the nutrients into my daily diet. I can recommend the Knochenstark method to anyone who has to deal with the issue of osteoporosis, because it provides a forward-looking plan for dealing with the disease. Mr. Samuel Kochenburger is very competent and can clear up uncertainties and answer questions. You feel well advised and motivated to tackle the osteoporosis marathon. Thanks to the Knochenstark method, I feel armed to declare war on the disease. Thank you Mr. Kochenburger.
I am 70 years old. I have always done a lot of sports and never expected the diagnosis of osteoporosis that I received 2 months ago. I was advised to have a bone densitometry for the first time, as the gynecologist thought it was necessary at one time. My T-score at the thigh is 1.9 at the spine between 2.8 and 3.0. From the doctor I only got the recommendation to take vitamin D 1000 IU now and 2000 IU in winter. I did not get any further help.I was a bit perplexed and desperate. Since I have a pharmaceutical education, I knew what medications were available and I also knew the side effects. I also have an autoimmune disease of the esophagus, so biphosphonates to take are out of the question. Through research on the Internet, I came across Samuel. A first analysis conversation by phone, which was very detailed, convinced me of the Bone Strong Method. Samuel answered all my questions and was very empathetic. With the very well and understandably designed learning videos, I am succeeding better and better in adapting my diet to bone-strong. Now I am in the process of analyzing my diet and realize that I have done some things wrong since then. In addition, I now take Vit. D 2000IE, Vit. K2 and magnesium. I also do weight training and osteoporosis gymnastics at home, as well as Nordic walking twice a week in a group, 6 to 7 km each time. I hope to improve my values until the next bone density measurement and will gladly recommend Samuel to others. You can always contact him if you have questions, the Facebook group and the Whats App group are also helpful.
I had a very informative conversation with Samuel today. All my questions have been addressed and I was advised comprehensively. Many uncertainties could be clarified and I now know my way. Many thanks
I was able to improve my bone density by about 10% within a short time (just under 3 months). I can recommend the concept of "Bone Strong" 100%. My questions were explained by Samuel in an understandable and comprehensible way, so that I was able to implement it well. I am happy that my fate led me to Samuel and that I could get my osteoporosis under control. Thank you Samuel
When I (41 years old) got the diagnosis "advanced osteoporosis" (T-score -3.3) 8 weeks ago I was pretty thrown out of my mind, because I did not expect it in any way. My world was upside down. I found out about Samuel through Instagram and booked a free consultation with him. Samuel took a lot of time with me, first of all put me at ease and responded well to my questions. Since my doctors only told me about drug therapy, I was looking for other ways to stop my osteoporosis or in the best case "convert" it into osteopenia. After the phone call it was clear to me, Samuel it expert in the field of nutritional medicine in relation to osteoporosis. Therefore, I decided to book the nutrition coaching. The modules are well built on each other and super understandable explained. After a recommended nutritional tracking I have seen where there is still a need to improve my diet and try to come daily to the recommended values of Samuel. Of course, not everything can be changed from one day to the next, but bit by bit I am trying to make my diet bone-strengthening. The Knochenstark method has helped me to understand which nutrients have a bone-strengthening effect and which have a bone-degrading effect, and how I can possibly improve my osteoporosis through targeted nutritional supplements. I hope my values will improve until the next bone density measurement. I recommend the Bone Strong Method to all those who don't want to rely only on medication and want to do something about their osteoporosis even through nutrition and are looking for a community to exchange ideas.
Mr. Kochenburger took enough time and answered my questions very precisely. I found his advice very profitable and will implement his recommendations. I also liked that he did not make any purchase recommendations for specific products, but explained the ingredients of the NEMS that come into question for me personally. I can recommend him without reservation.
Through the detailed, personal consultation with Samuel, I finally have a plan on how to improve my osteopenia or keep it stable with little effort. The brief introduction to my mineral requirements was also conclusive and easy to understand.
Unfortunately, I have only received insufficient information from various doctors so far.
In any case, after the consultation I no longer feel insecure and can highly recommend Samuel.
A big thank you to Samuel for all the information you provide! For the detailed advice and assistance and the great effort you make with all your posts, videos in Knochenstark etc.. Everything is so very informative and helpful and has helped me so much over the last 1 1/2 years! Thanks to all the info in the group I was able to learn so much and had decided not to take bisphosphonates but to optimize my diet, also influence with Nem's and sports. And yesterday I had the 2nd DXA measurement. The doctor said: "The values have improved drastically in the 1 1/2 years, you also take the alendronic acid". After I denied this and told him what I had done, he just looked strange and said that apart from Vit. D and calcium, everything else (magnesium, Vit. K2, zinc etc.) was somewhat questionable... I could only answer that the result would speak for itself! I slipped from osteoporosis into osteopenia! Values on average between 3.1 and 2.2 ! (before 3,9 and 2,6). He couldn't contradict me there. In any case, I would now no longer need treatment! However, I must also mention that I had started a hormone replacement therapy in parallel, which I now also, after a conversation next week with my gynecologist, want to discontinue! So thank you for letting me learn so much here! I will of course continue to inform me here and would like to further optimize my diet! The new videos in Knochenstark are now on my list, I will work through them next week in peace "and would also like to stay in touch with you Samuel Kochenburger further.

For me it is absolutely insightful and very helpful on my current bone strong path. Samuel, thank you very much.
In January this year I was diagnosed with "Osteoporosis! " the floor was pulled out from under my feet!
I felt and still feel very much left in the dark by the doctors...but when you think you can't take it anymore, a little light comes from somewhere!
Samuel Kochenburger, thank you so much that it slowly becomes brighter around me again!
Through all the tips regarding diet and proper dosage and choice of NEM, I now have only osteopenia after 2 years. I am super happy and will continue to manage it this way. Along with exercise and sports of course. Thank you Samuel.
