I am glad to have this support, without it I would probably be lost.
Everything is described in the thick booklet (manual), but unfortunately you still don't understand much.

We have been working with the program since 2019, it is very versatile.
What bothers us a lot is that it is divided into too many individual modules.
For example, we have booked the actual time recording module, assuming that we can now use it to record times and have a time clock. Then I gradually realized that we were still missing the absence recording module :-(.
Unfortunately, this has often happened that we have bought modules and then realized that we still need another one to make it complete.

In retrospect, the advice from the sales representative was more bad than good.
The program does not run smoothly for us,
It often closes and restarts on its own.
We have now given up looking for the cause and are putting up with it.
The customer hotline is always friendly and can help 90% of the time
All in all, we are now reasonably satisfied.

We have discussed your concerns with you again personally: even if you notice performance losses in our software, the causes are often to be found in the IT infrastructure, e.g. if other software running in the background takes up more and more of the available resources throughout the day. Please feel free to contact our hotline at any time - to let us know whether the update to the latest version 9.00.05 has brought about an improvement and, of course, if you need support with the installation or still require training, e.g. on our interfaces.

All the staff are very competent, no matter what question you have they help you immediately. No long waiting times. The program modules are also very easy to work with and save time in everyday life. I have worked with many different programs and this is one of the best so far.

We have been using the system for about 5 years and are satisfied with it. What I see as a clear plus point is the hotline that has always been able to help us! No hours on hold but help when I need it, even on Saturday mornings. But not only praise, what I would still like to see is an improvement in the mobile portal, which has a few weak points.
But all in all I am satisfied
