I was very satisfied because the focus was never lost. I had so many topics to discuss and for each topic I received solutions that helped me in my self-development.
I received tools that help me to reflect better in everyday life and to be able to react correctly to unpleasant situations for me. I have developed myself and that is also good. :)

I, a determined young woman, work in a large international company. Due to the constant pressure, combined with my high self-demands, I could no longer do my work efficiently and pursue my goal with focus.
Sandra was the ideal person for me to talk to because she is not only a great coach, but she was familiar with the industry I work in. She asked the right questions and helped me to recognize my blockages and fears, to work through them and also helped me to overcome them with exercises. Through Sandra I was able to answer the question "who am I, who do I want to be and how do I get there?". I would highly recommend Sandra to everyone (including young people)!

Through Sandra Künzler, I was able to discover and name my mental blockages in the musical and athletic areas. She helped me with different techniques to solve these blockages, which led me directly to success results and a higher self-confidence. I now know my personal way of preparing for situations to be able to perform at my best.

Sandra addresses personal needs and issues individually, and the techniques used are of overriding benefit in each case. Particularly helpful to stay on the "ball" are her inter-appointment callbacks. She is perfectly prepared at each meeting, but at the same time open to new ideas. Sandra has noticeable experience, but also brings a likeable part of her own personality to the coaching. Highly recommended!
