Ms. Winkler gave a lecture at our company about strengthening the immune system in everyday life and I must say that the lecture was very interesting and we were able to take away a lot for our everyday life, which we can also apply directly. Ms. Winkler gave a lecture on the topic of "Fascination of the Intestine" to us per MS teams. You can feel her enthusiasm for this organ and she knows how to pass this on to the participants. Sandra was a guest in our company for a nutrition lecture and within 90 minutes she gave us incredibly exciting and helpful insights into the broad topic of nutrition.

Overall, I find Ms. Winkler remarkable. I was particularly impressed by how quickly Ms. Winkler was able to adapt to me and my personal situation without being questioned in a questionnaire-like manner. With a remarkable wealth of competence, experience, friendliness and much more, I was made aware of my problems and at the same time shown possible solutions. In an equally friendly yet determined manner, we gradually implemented, discussed, evaluated and, above all, followed up on the solution approaches. All this happened at a level where I always felt understood. This collaboration has brought a lot of positive things (back) into my life. Some of the insights and tips from the meetings with Ms. Winkler are still with me today and with a satisfied and relaxed smile. I am still very grateful for this.

We have booked Mrs. Winkler for an "Anti-Stress-Food" lecture, which was really without exception very well received by all participants (160 TN).
Ms. Winkler's presentation was very lively and informative. Listening was fun (one was fully focused on the lecture and let everything around rest) and also the questions of the participants were answered very competently and sympathetically.

In her lecture, Ms. Winkler gave very informative and easy-to-implement tips for a healthier diet. There was always the opportunity to ask questions, which she answered in detail and in a way that was easy to understand. Already the organization of the event could be implemented very uncomplicated due to Mrs. Winkler's reliability and punctuality. Through the coaching with Ms. Winkler, I was able to see the first rays of hope in the peak phase of my burnout. With the first important tools that were imparted to me, I was able to better organize my everyday life. In our sessions, Ms. Winkler was always very level-headed and calm.
In the discussions, the foundation was laid for combating the burnout diagnosis. Not only practical examples, but especially the reflection on one's own health helped a lot to see the diagnosis not as a taboo, but as what it is. I found myself in a very benevolent, judgment-free space.
For me it was very surprising that one can really bring about big changes through small mental tools.
I can really recommend Ms. Winkler in good conscience to anyone who is dealing with stress problems, burn on or burn out. Thank you very much for the great support!
