I have now lived for 5 years in the EFH planned by Saxxcon and built by M&M Bau and have daily my inner joy to have taken this step.
Saxxcon accompanied me competently and with dedication from the search for a plot of land to notary appointments, planning, sampling to the "handing over of the keys". And even after 5 years, we are still in contact when I am asked if interested builders can come and see my house.
I would build with Saxxcon and M&M Bau again at any time.

I have acquired an older property through Saxxcon from a community of heirs, all preliminary negotiations were conducted by Saxxson professionally to the fullest satisfaction up to the notary contract you are dressed if you want. For questions that inevitably arise with communities of heirs, Mr. Eckardt was at all times with his technical / but also human competence a very good contact.

this writes a customer of Saxxcon who is happy now already for a long time with his acquired real estate.
