since I had to close my store after 3 months, and the contract was made for 5 years, I now have to pay almost 4000.00, is for me pure rip-off, other contractors are so far accommodated and have accepted a 3 month notice period, because a business closure is not foreseeable, hence the bad customer opinion of me
.all others who are interested in schapfl should first make a short contract period, (6 months )

With the last-minute appointment in June last year in the acquisition phase of the POS system.

PS: If program errors are reported, these should be corrected in the short term, since these cause additional monthly costs for the tax consultant as a result of manual reworking of the data in the Fibu - export!

Hello all,
I got 2x unfortunately wrong information e.g. the button price change in daily business does not refer to the store price at permanently save. Then I get to "all" numbers, but would like to be able to do more in the system itself. E.g. sales comparisons (also as a diagram), selecting what columns I want to have in an article export, scanning all articles in a list where I want to have a label for afterwards and not always having to go into each individual article,......
In hindsight, many things should have been clarified, shown, before starting with the POS. There were many questions that unfortunately could only be clarified with and with, which made it so not necessarily easier for us and the tax consultant

Checkout process very good. Updates and electr. delivery bills works very well.
Setup of the cash register (product groups) and support from the hotline not very satisfactory.
Big minus: missing customer display - I presuppose with modern cash registers as available. The fact that it is not standard was not made clear during the consultation.
BackOffice with a good range of functions - but only with an employed POS computer. This license would not have been necessary - because home work only takes place after closing time anyway and could then also be done via Team Viewer.

This POS software is self-explanatory for me and my employees.
explanatory. The setup of the cash register has been excellent! And if you do have a problem, you can always find someone to talk to. Not cheap, but the service is great. I hope it stays that way in the future.

I would not recommend other providers are cheaper, with the same services.
In addition, the management is not flexible.
I've been a customer there for about 15 years, after closing the business they only wanted to let me out of the contract with a hefty payment, although I have 6 cash registers from the company, I think there are far better solutions.
I for one am very disappointed with Schapfel.

The technical hotline is super great. It is a pity that schapfl can not enter electronic delivery bills of the company leverdy, but other cash register systems can, very big shortcoming!
