Unfortunately, I can only conditionally recommend the company Schatteria. After we were looking for a shade for our terrace, we became aware of the company Schatteria after the Internet research and the professional appearance in the social media. Then in July 2022 we were in Dresden and decided to buy a coupled QBUS of the company Nova Hüppe. Contract signed, measurement on site, deposit paid, product ordered. After the foundations were built, the assembly of the purchased QBUS was announced in October 2022! Planned duration 2 days! From now on, strong nerves were required. From helplessness, seemingly lack of experience in the assembly, blame other colleagues, lack of communication, wrong or missing parts, to defects of the plant, broken terrace tile (discount received) and construction in the most adverse weather conditions, there was something of everything! From the 2 days of assembly have become 5.5 months in the end. Compensation or apology, missing! Conclusion: We would again opt for the QBUS, but no longer for Schatteria but rather for a competitor.

The consultation at the branch in Gmund am Tegernsee was personal and very detailed. We were offered different designs and they were coordinated with our ideas. Our subsequent changes and special requests were implemented very promptly after consultation with the customer consultant. For subsequent queries about the offer, the consultant was always available to us by phone or e-mail. The date for the assembly was announced in time and kept. The fitters installed the terrace roof to our complete satisfaction. They worked very carefully and neatly. The operation of the sun blinds was explained in an understandable way. We are very satisfied with the performance and can always recommend Schatteria.now the summer can come.

extraordinarily friendly and competent customer service (after several negative experiences with other awning providers) - the price / performance ratio is very good - the advice is particularly objective (extras are also individually "questioned" and if necessary classified as not necessary - we liked this especially!) -.
we will always recommend Schatteria to friends and neighbors (who are currently also interested in a Markin installation)

We can recommend Schatteria without reservation. From the consultation to the installation of our slat roof, everything worked out excellently. Our special thanks go to the two fitters Mr. Mischok and Mr. Nährstadt, who carried out the installation. They worked absolutely professionally and accurately, every move was perfect, despite the cold and rain. All in all a top performance. The products from Schatteria are very high quality and we are absolutely satisfied. Thanks again to the entire team.

I bought a slat roof Lamaxa L 50 with side walls and was very satisfied with the advice, service as well as the construction of the system. The customer consultant has responded very well to my wishes, the surveyor has been able to give me some more advice and the construction was done professionally in consultation and with constructive suggestions. I can highly recommend Schatteria, the summer can come.
