Michael Schmitz-Backes is not only a master of various great and magical crafts, but you notice that he has made his passion his profession and is a great guy: natural, down-to-earth, approachable, with an engaging nature, without embarrassing anyone, smart and with linguistic wit.... I can only warmly recommend his shows live or online, best entertainment for people between 4 and 100 who want to be enchanted.

Schmitz Backes has completely enchanted us at our wedding in May 2022. A good mix between humor, personal aspects and magic has carried away us and all our guests. We could not get out of the laughter and amazement and have already secured tickets for the next diner show the next day .

I was looking for someone to flank my start of the year as the new CEO in digital form. The idea was that I give my team an idea of what I want to create with the company and then, in these turbulent times, we have a nice evening with lots of fun and good conversation. The feedback was gigantic. Even during the event, but also afterwards, the enthusiasm was huge. The structure of the program was ingenious. When you get that kind of quality, you can say, "It was worth every penny!"

It was an enchanting and entertaining performance. Schmitz not only amazed us with his show and made us smile, in a small workshop there were also a few simple tricks to copy. I was able to use one of them myself as a surprise in an online meeting just two days later. Bravo, that was exactly right for us as a target group.

We booked Schmitz-Backes a few years ago for a company Christmas party and were very positively impressed. The communication went smoothly, the performance thrilled young and old, Now we have visited the Wunderkammer virtually and were skeptical at first - an online show is almost like watching TV. But Schmitz-Backes managed to pick up not only us but also the other participants with his illusions and wordplay. We were amazed at what you can achieve with a monitor and thrilled at how he got the audience involved.

An hour of time out and lightness in the not so nice time for everyone.

Already the planning of a show for our company event with over 100 participants went super with Schmitz-Backes. Fast, binding and flexible, because we didn't know for a long time whether we could see each other on site or had to switch to the video show because of Corona. The video show was then perfectly prepared, with good tips for me as organizer of the Zoom meeting and perfect equipment on the part of Schmitz-Backes. The feedback of the participants (and your children :)) was super and I can therefore only recommend Schmitz-Backes!

It was great! Our children were also enthusiastic and fully involved. Super! And a big thank you. It's great when you get to enjoy culture together with the kids in this way - during Corona, but also afterwards. Because depending on where you live and how old the kids are, a cultural event locally is extremely difficult/rare. In this respect, the livestream is a great way to enjoy "live" cultural events around the world as a family. Anyway, we would be very happy about it. All the best and many more inspiring ideas!

Schmitz-Backes surprised me and my colleagues. We were looking for an online event of a "different" kind. Normally we do something with action and get lost in a pub. Now this show came to my attention on the net. And I must say we were not disappointed! We had show + workshop and both were perfect! From young to old, all were served! A show full of amazement and laughter. And the workshop afterwards highly interesting and a great insight into the art of magic!
