I processed my third insurance product with Mr. Schoch this year.
This time, due to the pandemic, everything was done remotely (zoom & written), which was very convenient for me.
I am more than satisfied with the entire processing and support so far.
At the beginning of the consultation a short theoretical part was presented, which showed an individual deficit in my financial situation. In one of the next meetings, solution options geared to me were discussed and the respective advantages/disadvantages were presented.
A test report from a well-known consumer organization confirmed Mr. Schoch's final recommendation.
Mr. Schoch took into account all my questions (in my case also very specific ones)
and clarified them by the next meeting at the latest. My questions, some of which were complex, were not taken as disturbing or burdensome. I particularly liked this because I never had the feeling that I was interrupting a rigidly defined sales process (as is usual, for example, with large companies in this sector).
Since my insurance products are geared to the long term or I have not yet had to claim them, I do not yet have any experience of actually checking benefits.
