We stayed at the Sunrise Garden Beach Resort in Hurghada. It was a very nice vacation. The rooms were super neat and clean. Every day we were given a new surprise with the towels (from a swan, octopus, monkey to a heart). Simply beautiful. The staff in all areas (gardeners, painters, pool attendants, chambermaids, service staff) deserve our greatest respect! Very friendly, polite, courteous and always with a smile on their faces.
We'll be back, because that's how you feel at home.

Booking and sending of all documents by e-mail after personal consultation worked well. The hotel fully met our expectations. The only point of criticism was the incorrect printing of the tickets for the musical at the travel agency branch. It caused me a bit of stress, but was still accepted at the entrance.
The advice to book a Hamburg Card in addition would have been good.
But overall it was a successful trip at reasonable prices. Always happy to return 👍
