The installation guys are always in a great mood, do the window or door installation very professionally and sometimes also very imaginative, if necessary. Everything is neatly prepared and then left again. If small corrections are needed afterwards, the service team is super fast and flexible. We are really very satisfied with everything and can recommend this company 100% without reservation. This family of companies is a rare jewel in the otherwise predominant service and craftsman desert in our region. Thanks for everything and best wishes to Bernd, Steven and Timo who visited us today and to Jürgen from the measuring department!!! You are really great!!!

The two gentlemen (Daniel Godina and Tobias Albrecht) were very friendly, punctual and worked cleanly.
Even at the beginning, the first contact, the appointment and the cost proposal were handled quickly and in a very friendly manner.

- The windows look great!
- A great result despite the capricious weather and a few challenges!
Three things still need to be fixed:
1. door frame in the study
2. living room roller blind not holding.
3. window sill on the east side of the cellar still needs to be plastered - this has only just been discovered.

Christian and Gino are top! Hard-working, fast, tidy, reliable, competent, highly professional! They are real figureheads for the Schramm company (also visually, especially Christian) Most of the time you're glad when tradesmen are gone again, but in this case it was different! Simply good energy. I was also very grateful that I was allowed to decide which windows would be replaced one after the other. That simplified a lot of my personal planning.
