My goal in running was initially 10 km under an hour to create, with the help of Ulli I now run a HM. I first tried to reach my goal with a ready-made training plan, as there are many on the net. After a few weeks I was totally exhausted and not at my goal. Then I switched to Schrevenrunner, was skeptical at the beginning, because by the distance only online coaching came into question. Quickly I felt very comfortable with the training plan provided by Ulli, challenged but not overwhelmed. If I had a twinge in my knee or a cold, he reacted immediately. Even when problems arose with my technique, Ulli was always mega patient. Feedback from my side was discussed and taken up. Schrevenrunner wants to improve constantly, there is something going on and I think that's good. I also got new input for running training, tried things that I did not know before. It is important to me that I have a competent contact person for all questions about running and that is 100 percent the case at Schrevenrunner. For the fall we are now defining new goals together and I am looking forward to continue to be accompanied by Ulli. Dear Ulli, I have never been so fit as today, thank you for your work, which is done in a very emphatic way.
