The consultation was without fault. The young employee was very friendly, professional, without distance and flexible accommodating.

We would like to emphasize the two employees who were on site with us, once measurement and once installation, very positively. Both employees were not only technically extremely competent, but are with their appearance, their naturalness for the small details, as well as their helpfulness very caught our eye. As a company, you can consider yourself extremely fortunate to be able to employ what we consider to be an extremely rare type of employee. My old wooden windows were also already equipped with the insect protection products of this company (then RSD). Now that I have new windows, the old parts no longer fit. But I was able to cede two window clamping frames to my neighbor because they were still ok. And of course I had 3 windows and 1 patio door protected again by Schulz-Dobrick. Everything was installed neatly and accurately. And just like back then, there is a 10 year warranty again!

An insect blind was suggested to us for our wooden windows. The quotation, scheduling and installation were very professional. The digital communication worked great, especially the short notice info about the arrival of the installer, so you do not have to wait for hours at home. The roller blind is quite great, both visually and in handling.
