I was looking on the internet for a lawyer for my insolvency. Dq I came across Schulz & Partner. The many positive reviews then convinced me. The contact was fast and without any problems. In the end, we were able to come to an out-of-court agreement with all creditors and we were able to avoid court insolvency proceedings. I saved a lot of money. Only the statement of costs from the lawyer was confusing. Thumbs up

I am very satisfied with Schulz & Partner and totally relieved with the outcome of the negotiations!
I can absolutely recommend when you no longer know what to do.
Very professional, thoughtful work and you have personal contacts and a very good, realistic advice !
With me was agreed with 8 creditors, out of court and without insolvency, and the debt amount (30,000 €) halved!!!
The costs are adapted to the personal situation and personal means and absolutely within the limits!

Just bad
I was aware that my financial problems with the help of a debt counseling do not dissolve into thin air, however, I am simply horrified. Despite punctual submission of all documents and payment, I have within 4 months my second wage garnishment, but should pay the debtor counseling in full.....
This goes so but not on and find it bad.
One gets no reasonable answers or a decent consultation. Now I have restless nights again and have to think about how I get out of my debt hole.
In addition, I will now have to additionally proceed with a lawyer against Schulz & Partner.
Please save your money and find someone reasonable!

All in all, the goal was achieved. A court debt settlement plan was drawn up and I can now pay off my debts in the installments that are possible for me. However, when the final bill reached me today, I almost fell off my chair: I have to pay 3685 €! Completely opaque cost structure and far from the sum which was contractually agreed. I will have the bill and the contract checked by an external lawyer.

In no case I would recommend this law firm, once paid 500 €, documents submitted, was in good spirits and waited three weeks, nothing happened and then even called to find out what is now, then I was told that one is waiting for a "go" of me ?! how please, what ? Well, yes, it was just not properly communicated if at all and had the feeling that one wants to help, I had not really had but if it was about the rate then one was bombarded with letters and emails.
I finally quit and went to the local level and found a very good lawyer who now helps me on the way of private insolvency, at a better fixed price of 1800 €. This law firm requires after notice of me over 3500 €, for what please ? For what service rendered , please ? How can one be so inhuman and cold, if one knows nevertheless that humans in a very critical negative Finanziellen situation is and Him or you still a calculation in this height abverlangt. Thank you for nothing.

I hired an attorney to help me settle the debt. At the beginning of the process, I was assured that a monthly payment on my part would be enough to gradually pay off the debt. However, it turns out that these funds were not used for their stated purpose. I feel cheated and do not believe I will get my payments back.

Despite numerous attempts to reach the attorney both by phone and email, I have not heard back. From my experience, I would not recommend this service to anyone. It would be better to give the money directly to someone who needs it urgently.

In a seemingly hopeless debt situation, the employees of the firm have always advised and supported us. My wife and I can neither breathe nor sleep because Schulz und Partner only rips off our money.
I can only advise everyone to leave the fingers of this law firm but to get real help that is not so overpriced or turn to AWO, Caritas, etc..
In half a year 3000€ for what paid? Now again invest a lot of money for Inso.

Never again!!!Thanks for more debts
