A personal contact person and a relaxed "you culture" that nevertheless bring quality and good service are important to me. I've been a Sparkasse customer myself for over 20 years and am generally satisfied with everything. When I was looking for financing for my house, this was also my first point of contact. Through an acquaintance, Robert told me that I should definitely ask him to calculate a counter-offer. Until the conversation, I was honestly skeptical. But this skepticism disappeared very quickly. Robert shone with enormous expertise and had taken the time to explain various procedures for my financing. He took his time until I understood everything and was able to undercut my first offer from the Sparkasse by 0.7%. Since the savings bank couldn't match the offer, Robert took care of my financing. Even for questions I had after the fact, I always received feedback on short notice. Friends of mine are also currently looking for homes and are in contact with Robert on my recommendation. So far, they have all given me positive feedback. In summary, I am completely satisfied with everything.

Mr. Schwarze always takes time for the consultation and explains the comparisons of the insurance benefits in a well-founded manner. The appearance and advice from Mr. Schwarze, shows me that the cooperation was exactly the right decision. Initially, I did not have a good gut feeling, because I myself have had bad experiences in the financial industry.
However, through his understanding manner, Robert is able to convince. He is also always on hand with a large repertoire of expertise.
