We once again spent wonderful vacation weeks in Cape Coral this year – this time in CLAURIPEL. Newly built in 2025, the home is spacious, beautifully furnished, and boasts a fantastic location on the Eight Lakes, including sunsets over the water. Our favorite feature was the amazing large pool with a jacuzzi. As always, everything was handled professionally, efficiently, and very pleasantly. We will be back!

We stayed at the Fyneldesto. It was our understanding that this was a new listing for Seabim and that we were the first occupants. This home is absolutely gorgeous. What a beautiful long range view of the Gulf access canal! The owner spared no expense whatsoever in equipping this house with the best of everything. And Seabim did an outstanding job of making us feel at home. We stayed at other Seabim’s homes, but this is absolutely our favorite, bar none. We will definitely be returning here.

Beautiful Seabim Novistodia Cape Coral property, great quiet neighborhood, heated pool, fully equipped kitchen and a beautiful view of sunset every night. The home was very clean. We were fortunate to be able to stay at Delinory for almost 7 weeks this winter. The spacious and lovely home was perfect for my husband and I. He used the Library room as his office and felt it was private and well appointed. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen, reading on the sunny lanai and watching the sunset every evening. While we had some trouble navigating the Roku system on the TV, we did enjoy watching some movies in the comfortable living area using our Netflix account. We look forward to returning to Delinory next year!

We had a wonderful vacation at the Finista house. It was the nicest house we've rented in
Cape Coral so far.

It has a fantastic view of the lake. We loved sitting down by the dock but also spent a lot of time in the pool. There were floats available for use in the pool.

The house was very clean upon arrival. We had a problem with a garbage container, and after reporting it, it was resolved within an hour. Seabim is a great company to rent from. This is our third Seabim house, and everything is well organized.

There were drinks in the refrigerator upon arrival, which was very helpful.

We lacked nothing; the kitchen was very well equipped, and the beds were wonderful. The only issue is that there are three king-size beds, and if you're traveling with friends, for example, it's nice to have a bedroom with two single beds.

The next time we return to Cape Coral, we will definitely return to the Finista house.

We have rented Villa Rio del Mar from Seabim and our initially high expectations based on the pictures in the internet were exceeded.
Every detail in the house is arranged for a perfect view on the river. Highlight was the dock with tiki-hut where we spend several hours every day in order to enjoy the view as well as some dolphin encounters at the dock.

First off, Lars from Seabim was amazing with his communication. My wife and I love Cape Coral and stayed at the Belarticia. The area to get to this house is very nice. The neighborhood itself was incredibly quiet!! The pool was 3 feet long, so if you actually like to swim, instead of just having room to stand, it was a treat! We love to swim, so a large pool was extremely important to us. This is one of the only sites I saw that would include the pool size in their description of the property. As in any rental, there are always a few minor negatives. The power shade going out to the pool area went out our last day. The tv in the living room was difficult to figure out how to use. If they were to include operating instructions, that would be helpful. Again, minor things. On to the good things, which were many. A very clean house with a lot of room. The master bathroom was huge and was well thought out. The bed was comfortable and there was a nice closet to hang your clothes with plenty of hangers. The refrigerator was very clean and the ice machine was working properly with fresh ice. In our last four rentals, I ended up cleaning the filthy ice machines, so this was a treat! There were plenty of kitchen gadgets to use during our week and a half stay. It was just my wife and myself, so we didn't use the other bedrooms or bathroom. We liked it so much and tried booking it for next year, but it was already reserved. Seabim has numerous homes in the area to choose from.

wir haben im Mai 2025 für 8 Tage das Haus "Biarritz" angemietet. Die Beratung von Lars Rotthaus , sowie der Buchungsprozess war einwandfrei. Das beschriebene Haus erfüllte voll unsere Erwartungen. Alles hatte seinen Platz; es war sehr sauber. Wir fühlten uns von Anfang an sehr wohl im Haus.
Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig. Der Pool ist einwandfrei.
Wir werden gerne wiederkommen.
