We were provided with very good support staff by Secursenior, all matters were well organized. There was always a sympathetic ear for problems and quick solutions. In case of illness and absence of staff , which happened over the years, as we needed two caregivers each, the agency always created a suitable solution even under high time pressure. Secursenior has been an absolutely reliable and high-quality support for us in the complex care of our two parents and we are very grateful to the agency for this.

We have been working very successfully with the agency Secursenior for over 4 years. Our parents are cared for in a 2-month rotation by three very nice Polish caregivers.



At the beginning of the cooperation we received a very competent consultation about the various possibilities of the form of care. This was followed by a selection of possible caregivers according to our wishes (driver's license, good German language skills in our case). Also in case of further questions, not only a very good availability was always given, but these questions were also answered competently.



In the case of short-term problems, even if they occurred only extremely rarely, they were always solved quickly until now.



We would recommend Secursenior without reservation at any time.

SecurSenior GmbH as an intermediary of caregivers impresses with professionalism and expertise to offer tailored solutions and to take care of the individuality of the care needs. Thanks to the help of SecurSenior, after 6 months we found the most suitable caregivers for our mother. We can recommend SecurSenior without exception. Certainly, the service costs its price and own initiative always remains necessary, of course.

Thanks to Secursenior we have found 3 optimal caregivers, who alternate every 6-8 weeks, for our father. At the beginning of the cooperation we had a personal conversation with Secursenior employee, before we subsequently received an offer by mail and staff proposals. Even with our frequent calls, especially in the beginning, our questions were always answered in detail. The staff advised us very well in the selection of personnel. Due to the fact that each caregiver is personally recruited, the staff was actually able to assess well which caregivers would best fit our family or our father.

We are so far very satisfied with the cooperation with the agency!!!
