We bought a house in Constance. The negotiations between seller and buyer were extremely difficult. Without Mr. Seiler, who acted as a mediator and arbitrator, the purchase would certainly not have come about. Many thanks for this!!! Mr. Seiler has been with me in Constance for the last ten years: First I met Him when I rented my first apartment, then he rented an apartment for me and in the end he sold my two penthouse apartments. I have therefore developed an extremely close relationship with him over the years. He is a true beacon in his profession: open, honest, and creative in marketing to boot. I have had a lot of contact with brokers as an architect, but I have never met such a warm and competent broker before. I wish him and his team all the best!

Mr. Seiler acted as an agent for our new rental apartment. He worked on behalf of the landlord and was our only contact person. The complete process from initial viewing to completion of some minor repairs in the apartment was much more complicated than expected. However, we believe that no one could have managed this process (under the given boundary conditions) better than Mr. Seiler.
Mr. Seiler is very competent, professional, reliable and straightforward. We also particularly appreciated his friendliness and humor.
