The advice we received from Mr. Schönfeld was very good. All points were discussed in detail and he took the time to answer all our questions. Mr. Schönfeld personally brought the caregiver to our front door. The induction was quick and our parents felt at ease. As discussed, the caregiver's language skills were not very good, but this was not a decisive factor for us. She communicates with the help of a translation device and learns very quickly, we look forward to her coming back.
