The lady is from Lithuania and speaks quite good German.
She is very, very nice and has endless patience with our father.
We received everything we filled in on the home care needs form.

The unbureaucratic and fast help was really great. You fill in the requirements form on the Internet and receive a phone call to discuss the final details. After just a few days we were able to speak to the nurse on the phone and days later we were able to receive our care assistant in person. The best thing was that a nurse from Seniorenpflege-Daheim was with us and together with my mother, my sister and me, we decided on the daily routine.
That was 3 weeks ago.
We are very happy and hope it stays that way.

The placement work by Seniorenpflege Daheim was a stroke of luck for all of us. Everything simply worked perfectly.
Without Seniorenpflege Daheim, we would never have found such a great carer for our grandma and that within just one week. That was really great for us and of course for our dear grandma.
I would recommend Seniorenpflege daheim to others as our first change of carer after 3 months went very smoothly. A nurse from Seniorenpflege Daheim was also on site when the new carer arrived and instructed them according to our sister's needs. We thought that was really great and hope that it will always work like this in the future.

As promised, our father is being very well looked after by a male nurse from Ukraine. Timing was very important for us as everything had to happen quickly and we were running out of time. Even when the carer arrived, a nurse from the elderly care service was at our home as agreed and looked at everything, coordinated everything, put together the daily routine with us, etc.
We can only recommend Daheim senior care to others.
Our mother didn't get on at all with the first placement agency and was very dissatisfied. Now the placement agency was able to show us whether the good rating was justified. We were surprised at how quickly and unbureaucratically a change was made. We are very, very satisfied with the agency's placement work and so is our mother today.
