The SCRUM Compact training in Bad Homburg was very helpful and practical due to the appropriate scope and the experienced trainers. The Boarding House with its pleasant atmosphere and good food rounded off the course perfectly.

I have already attended several training courses at Serview and can only say that these training courses were very varied and interesting.
Last training I attended was in 12/22- Classroom training ITIL4 Create, Deliver & Support (English) was very good from start to finish. Didactically very well trained trainer. Individual questions were captured and answered. Very satisfied as always, absolute recommendation!

Concerns PRINCE2 agile foundation

Didactically almost everything is given to the trainer and interaction with the course participants is hardly possible in view of the format / the specifications and the rel extensive material in a short time (only three days).

However, the trainer was professional and very good in terms of content. Because of the format / the short time one star deduction. Location and food in Nuremberg were good.

The trainer and the methodology used were first class. The trainer breathed incredible life and dynamism into the subject with his motivation and energy, so that we enjoyed learning with fun and joy. The methodology appeals to all human learning senses so that everyone learns easily. I was fascinated and will gladly book Serview and this trainer again.

The course was really good, the trainer (thanks Alexander Q.) has managed super to bring the topic across, always enriched by his own experiences. The teaching material was great, the location was the cherry on the cake.

The trainers were very pedagogical and sympathetic during the training and tried to teach us the maximum during the 3 days. The learning conditions were excellent and every single question was answered. You can tell that the trainers have a perfect command of their subject.

We were very well prepared for the certifications, with many sample questions to practice, which was very useful and crucial to pass the exams.

As it is a relatively dry subject and the training was very intense in terms of the amount of content, as a suggestion for optimization, the training could be extended by 1 or 2 days. It would leave more time to reflect, and to give the participants more practical examples from the real world ( with simulations etc). Thus, one could somewhat illustrate the principles and rules of the theory.

All in all, I am very satisfied with the training and I would definitely recommend Serview!
