According to the shuuz calculator, it should be possible to generate just under 400€ in an environment of approx. 60 children. We had integrated shuuz into a second-hand bazaar, so we had expected even more revenue. In the end, we received 42.06€ for 10 moving boxes and a lot of work! We feel fooled!

The empirical values for the proceeds at institutions refer, as also indicated, to a year-round participation. This cannot be achieved with a single bazaar. The environment usually does not "wait" for such a one-time event to dispose of old shoes, and it is also very difficult to inform all people in the environment about the one-time event. So just participate permanently, then it will work out with the proceeds. Your SHUUZ Team

I am really amazed by the wonderful work of Shuuz - very professional, very fast replies to answers and all around can highly recommend it.

We from Hope Risen - Project Free to Fly (www.freetofly.org.za) are working with girls, of school going age coming out of Human Trafficking and sexual exploitation. Currently we are in full gear with the preparation of starting a place of safety for those underaged children / youth that became victims of the modern day slavery.
So far, there is no registered home for trafficked and exploited children / youth in South Africa and therefore we are super thankful that through Shuuz we can raise some much needed funds in order to assist many more lives.
