I had the feeling that my appearance, the way I dressed, just didn't fit me anymore. My personal development has had my exterior hanging off. In addition, a professional reorientation is just about to take place. Sigrid had asked in advance in detail who I am and where it goes with me. With this clear picture of me, we approached the 2 days in Oelde.

I had never dealt with clothes, style and colors before. Sigrid picked me up at the basics, worked out with me which colors and cuts suit me and explained in detail what I have to pay attention to. She gave me lots of tips and tricks. Not only in theory, but immediately in practice, to be able to experience for myself. The highlight for me was the experience in the fashion house. There were already 2 clothing rails prepared, with the matching garments. When I tried them on, I was able to experience the saying "Clothes make the man". The outfit simply makes a huge difference, not only visually. The outfits just fit and felt coherent. This has transferred to my mood and condition, I felt good.

Now I know exactly what works for me and what doesn't. With this knowledge, I can now unerringly expand my outfit myself. If I'm unsure, Sigrid is there to support me. For me, the coaching was worth it. I would book with Sigrid again at any time.

I sought advice from Ms. Niermann because after ten years of predominantly being a housewife and mother, I want to start my own business and appear accordingly for it, but was completely overwhelmed by the offers on the market.
